We are delighted to announce the official reopening of our pitch at the Village on Saturday, September 13th, a proud milestone for our club and the first step in our multi-year development plan to deliver year-round facilities, including floodlights and extended all-weather training areas.

To celebrate, we are hosting an action-packed afternoon and evening for the whole community.

Gates open at 3:30pm for a jam packed evening starting with fun games and activities for all ages,  a  sensory pod to ensure inclusivity for every child, food stalls, pop-up shops such as MFC Club Shop, Swyft Energy and 65 Hurls.

At 6:00pm we will have our official pitch reopening ceremony in which we will hear from our Chairperson and Guest Speakers to celebrate the cutting of the ribbon.

At 6:30pm, we’ll have an exciting Championship match where Wild Geese will face Wanderers on our pitch in the heart of Oldtown.

Followed by drinks and entertainment in the Oldtown House for a night to remember…hopefully!
